5/5 The house was perfect for our family get together. It was spacious and very clean. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was large and had quite a lot of extra appliances like a large air fryer, rice cooker, instapot, electric kettle, ninja blender, etc. We spent a good amount of time with everyone playing pool. The big windows in the livingroom were nice. The yard is huge and great for the kids to run. There was even a small zip line that the kids had a lot of fun on. I was slightly disappointed that the pavilion was on the other side of the river. It sounds like it would be easy to get to by another road, though. We definitely plan to visit again.

5/5 Our stay was fantastic! The home and property is absolutely perfect! The grounds with warerfall a d so beautiful and peaceful and the home has everything you might need with space for the whole family (families). We couldn't have been more pleased with it! Hightly Recommend!!!!

5/5 We stayed here while our son played in cooperstown This location was only a 25 min drive to all star village where our baseball games were played. We loved the open yard area where we were able to drink coffee while watching birds and deer play in the mornings all while listening to the creek. We loved that it was a quiet neighborhood. With just a very short drive to the water fall where we had a quick dip in the falls all to ourselves. The locals were so friendly and gave us inside spots to sit by a river , grocery shop. And eat. The house was so fun My kids enjoyed playing pool, playing card games. And just sitting spending time together. There were quite a few black ants that roam around that the kids didn't like but it didn't bother the adults enough to lower the rating.. we just made sure our bags were all secure so the ants didn't bother our things. The host was very attentive and responded back to us within minutes each time we contacted them. I would love to stay here again.
