1/5 The apartment was cute and well-located for the Night in the Country event, but everything else was a mess. Our room wasn’t ready at check-in, and we never received the promised update. Communication was poor throughout, and we had to leave our key with a stranger because no property manager was available.The second night, the unit smelled strongly of marijuana. The third night, loud furniture moving in the adjacent unit kept us up until 4:30 AM. This stay was stressful, unprofessional, and not what we expected from a VRBO listing managed by Evolve.

- We’re sorry for the delay in having your room ready and appreciate your understanding. While you waited, we offered relaxing areas around the resort and provided access to your refrigerator for perishables.
- A last-minute staffing shortage due to illness impacted our schedule, but we worked hard to ensure each room met our standards before check-in.
- Some units require more extensive cleaning depending on their condition after prior guests, and we wanted your apartment to be thoroughly prepared.
