Almost perfect!
4/5 When property is managed by a third party, such aa Evolve, and owners are out of town, we found it is not as well attended too. First impressions matter to us as we also run a hospitality business. It was not fully prepared- large load of damp towels in the dryer to dry and fold and set out for our group in bathrooms and kitchen. Soiled carpet was also disappointing and external light fixtures not working and dirty. Getting in contact with people to help with local internet connection took us to Egypt!
Texts were promptly responded too, but the third party was not locally available and gave us in-updated information and I had to inform them of their error. The distant owner was unaware that the service he was using was not keeping his property pristine. Once the third party finally corrected who the current owner was, communication became easier. That said, the owner was gracious, and prompt to respond. From this experience, I would rather rent directly from local owners involved in the care of their property.
The house is great for a large group! Spacious and comfortable beds and seating. Lovely outside back yard, but also not refreshed- tidied up- for use. Location was perfect for our purposes to attend a family wedding in south Reno- huge variety of restaurants and shopping needs. Very quiet and walkable neighborhood at the end of a col-de-sac with parking for 5 vehicles. I trust with our feedback that the things we shared will be attended to and future guests will appreciate their stay here as we did!
B-Day party
4/5 Nice house in a good location, we we're in town for a 85th birthday party and had plenty of space for all our kids. Airport is not far so getting people in and out was easy
