Nice home, but issue w ants & ghosted by rep & Evolve
3/5 The home was nice, comfy couch, good TVs, although hard to figure out the channels. However, we had an issue w ants. We woke up the 1st am to ants crawling on us in bed. Found bug spray,sprayed baseboards. Went to bed & no ants, woke up to ants again. Notified the Evolve Prop mngr rep & she didnt hv anything to say. We never hv complaints on any rentals we hv stayed at. But we r disappointed that when we reached out again about the ants & thought a partial discount sb applied. We were ghosted by the rep, then email, nothing. The house would hv been good otherwise, if not for the ant nightmare.

-We have a pest service that regularly treats the home so it is a surprise to hear that there was an apparent infestation. Our service has been notified so that they can address the issue appropriately.
