Best Stay Ever
5/5 Everything was exactly as described. Lots of time and thought went into this rental unit. You and see and feel the pride the owner has in this rental.
The kitchen has everything you would need. Everything is like new, easy to use, easy to find. Very detailed but easy to use information about the coffee maker, local stores and restaurants. A map was included in the renters notebook.
Every room has an individual mini-split unit. Easy to set to your individual comfort. This home is so clean, decor makes you feel at home as soon as you walk in the door!
Nice bed, lots of pillows. Small closet, but lots of upgraded hangers. Chest with nice size drawers.
The location is fantastic! Lots of street parking. Cute garden area to relax in.
The owner is very accessible. Responds very quickly to any questions you might have.
This is the Best rental I have ever rented!!
I would recommend it.

5/5 A beautiful little house in a great location. You are able to walk to downtown, lots of restaurants, coffee shops and bars, even casinos and the Reno Aces. The house is well equipped and the host is amazing. We would definitely stay again!

5/5 We loved this spot. The mid-century modern decor was clean and crisp. We walked everywhere! To the co-op, the Nevada Art Museum, Centro - the fabulous tapas restaurant, Black Rock Desserts for ice cream. Quiet neighborhood. Easy on-street parking. The pear trees and ornamental trees and shrubs out front keep it cool for my morning coffee in the side yard.
