  Condo was fine. Had an odd smell. They had put air fresheners out to mask. Had a good equipped kitchen. Didn’t feel as clean as it could. There were hot Cheetos on the floor upon arrival (and they weren’t from us). Only had 4 bathroom towels, which wasn’t enough.

Regarding the scent, we provide air fresheners to maintain a pleasant atmosphere; they are not intended to mask odors, and we apologize if they were a bit strong for your preference.
  - In regards to the linens, our records show there were 8 towels provided for your use throughout the condo. We also regret that a stray item was missed on the floor, as we aim for a spotless experience.
  We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and hope to host you again."

  We were scheduled to stay at this property but did not end up staying due to significant cleanliness issues that did not match how the property was represented on the website.

  When we arrived, the house had a strong, unpleasant odor that could not be remedied even after leaving the windows and doors open for over an hour. In addition, there were dirty mops left in the corner, trash already in the trash cans, and used water bottles in multiple bedrooms. The pool and hot tub area also appeared very worn down and not very clean. These conditions made it clear the property had not been properly cleaned prior to our arrival.

  Because of the odor and overall lack of cleanliness, we did not feel comfortable staying at the property and had to make alternative arrangements. This was extremely inconvenient for my family and I, especially after a long day of travel. While the property manager was professional and cordial in our communications, that does not make up for the loss of money or the overall disappointing condition of the property.

  I would highly recommend NOT booking this property if you are looking for a clean and well-maintained place for your friends or family.

• Too much air freshener

  When we arrived and opened the front door we were terribly overwhelmed with perfume or air spray (way too much). There was someone's molar tooth on the dirty lampbase, and a cockroach in the master bedroom. No lamp on the far side of bed and only 2 rolls of TP for an entire week's stay (had to go by more) and absolutely no Kleenex anywhere. We appreciated the highchair, but we did not find a port-a-crib that we were told was available.
