1/5 Do not book this house or with Evolve in general. I got a notice that this house canceled my stay 14 minutes after we were supposed to be checking in due to water damage. We were stuck in a parking lot with people from all over the country wondering what to do. Every time I called Evolve I would get a new representative who couldn’t put me in touch with the last one. None of them were helpful. I contacted the owner of the home who stopped responding when I asked for photos of the water damage. I also asked Evolve for evidence and it was never provided.
