  We really enjoyed the condo. It was very clean and roomy for my family of five. It has been newly renovated and is near the ski slopes, casino and grocery store. The condo has everything you would need for the perfect stay. Belinda was a great host. We will definitely be back!

• Homey Clean and Comfortable

  Belinda has a lovely clean home with a giant comfy couch that is sweet to relax in after a day of hiking, biking, skiing or whatever it is you like to do in Tahoe.She has her artwork throughout the house, which created a very warm and homey feeling.

• Best stocked home!

  We frequently rent homes when we vacation because we like to cook our own meals. This kitchen was stocked with every cooking apparatus, including a crock pot and instant pot, which made preparing meals for the day a breeze. The house also has nice touches like hallway night lights, a bedside clock, a box fan and hair dryers in both bathrooms. Belinda was welcoming and accommodating when we had questions. We would definitely stay here again!

• Comforts of home

  House was in a great central location to nearby beaches such as San Harbor. The recreation fitness center had all of the equipment too. The house was comfortable and had all we needed. Host was so great. She responded quickly to anything we needed.

• Lovely stay in Incline Village

  From the moment booked, we were off to a great start to our trip. We were well informed by our host, in advance and up to check in, with detailed and concise directions and instructions. The location was perfect, peaceful and quiet.

  The condo was immaculate. The bedrooms were well spaced, so we had plenty of room to spread out (a definite plus they're all on the ground floor). The bedrooms were well furnished, with a definite nod to the very comfortable beds.

  The living area upstairs was open and super cozy (and also well furnished). The kitchen is so well stocked for any guest inspired to cook during their visit (*major highlight).

  Loved the stay, great service from the host, and wonderful original art pieces throughout the unit. Truly unique and special.

  I intend to recommend this property to family, friends and business clients.
