Great location and very clean
5/5 It was very easy to check in and we loved the location, it was very close to downtown. The property was extremely clean which was nice to see.

Ft Marcy Hilltop
5/5 Wonderful Casita overlooking the nightlight of Santa Fe with a woodburning fireplace. Cozy, convient to downtown Plaza, Great big screen TV, fabulously stocked kitchen. The Place !!
Fantastic property!
5/5 We've stayed in several Ft. Marcy condos. All have been good but this one is the best. Very well-decorated and furnished. We particularly appreciated the artwork. Another bonus was the series of YouTube videos that took all of the guesswork out of making things work properly in the condo. Finally, the condo is located just a few steps from Ft. Marcy park, which is ideal for views of the mountains and the town below. When we return we will try to book this unit!

Santa Fe Casita
4/5 Everything was fine. Unit was clean, well appointed and centrally located. The only thing I would take issue with is the check out time - 10AM is too early and they were sitting outside at 9:45 waiting for us to depart. You don't need 6 hours to clean 715 sq ft. Also, the cleaning fee was too high. Unless your guests trash the place it should take no more than an hour or so. $135 for that doesn't cover your costs, it's actually a profit center. It's akin to a hotel charging a resort fee but not really having amenities to support it.
