  Lets start with the quirky parts, the Air conditioning was inadequate for July in New Mexico. The bed has hard and bedding was old. The shower had very little pressure. There was food left in the refrigerator from previous renters that had expired.

  The so call Hot Tub was dirty and which made it unusable. The court yard was not clean and the lawn furniture was old and dirty. The location was on a major street so it was noisy and the neighbors music was loud and disturbing. The only place to walk the dog was in the old alley way and he got attacked by a stray dog.

  The entry way into the unit doubled as a storage room, wash room and the hot water heater was located in there too. There was cleaning supplies on the floor located next to the water heater, and all the flammables on the shelf makes this area a fire hazard.

  I don't mind paying premium for a nice place, but this place was substandard for the high rate. The extra 100.00 for the dog was ridiculous. I would give it a rating of a 2.

  I would not stay at this rental again and I would definitely not recommend to anyone.

  I am not sure how you would like to resolve my concerns, but please address for the next renters.

  - We value the condition of our amenities and fixtures of the home. Guests can rest assured that our air conditioning is in full working order. In addition, the shower water pressure is sufficient for guest use.
  - While we try to accommodate all guests' comfort, we're sorry the mattress didn't meet your preferences. Everyone has a different preference and we've never received negative feedback before on our mattress and bedding.
  - Cleanliness is crucial to us and we ensure that the home is professionally serviced before every guest's arrival. We confirm that the hot tub, court yard, and lawn furniture is cleaned and ready for every guest's arrival.
  - While we do our best to provide a comfortable environment, external factors such as the area and neighbor's music are beyond our control.
  - We aim for transparency and our listing details and photos are accurately advertised. The layout is clearly viewed in the photos and as we prioritize safety, cleaning supplies are stored away properly.
  - We strive to be clear and open with our guests at every stage of the booking process and do break down all rates and fees before the reservation is confirmed. The pet fee is standard in homes that are pet-friendly and it was stated at the time of your booking. Your failure to disclose your intention to bring a dog has resulted in you not paying the required fee for your pet. We genuinely enjoy pets and want guests to confidently bring their pet during their vacation rental but after we discovered the dog poop left behind from your stay, we will take this into consideration.
  We work hard to provide an exceptional experience and did everything we could to assist you. We do all we can to make the best possible stay, we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.

  That was a very nice experience! Everything listed on the website for this property was as promised. The place was clean, well equipped AND it has a wonderful local character! The Hostess was very pleasant, and she was here for us for any need we had. We would greatly recommend this place for stay!
