Not Happy with stay :(
2/5 Lets start with the quirky parts, the Air conditioning was inadequate for July in New Mexico. The bed has hard and bedding was old. The shower had very little pressure. There was food left in the refrigerator from previous renters that had expired.
The so call Hot Tub was dirty and which made it unusable. The court yard was not clean and the lawn furniture was old and dirty. The location was on a major street so it was noisy and the neighbors music was loud and disturbing. The only place to walk the dog was in the old alley way and he got attacked by a stray dog.
The entry way into the unit doubled as a storage room, wash room and the hot water heater was located in there too. There was cleaning supplies on the floor located next to the water heater, and all the flammables on the shelf makes this area a fire hazard.
I don't mind paying premium for a nice place, but this place was substandard for the high rate. The extra 100.00 for the dog was ridiculous. I would give it a rating of a 2.
I would not stay at this rental again and I would definitely not recommend to anyone.
I am not sure how you would like to resolve my concerns, but please address for the next renters.

5/5 That was a very nice experience! Everything listed on the website for this property was as promised. The place was clean, well equipped AND it has a wonderful local character! The Hostess was very pleasant, and she was here for us for any need we had. We would greatly recommend this place for stay!
