• Nice on the surface, but left some things to be desired

  The inside photos of this property are spot on - it's lovely on the surface, very appealing and comfortable. Overall our stay was fine, but there were also several things that lacked. When we first arrived (at night no less) we did not feel particularly welcome or comfortable - the outside of this group of properties is completely run down and the neighborhood felt questionable.

  Additionally, some of the dishes in the cabinet were dirty and had to be washed before being used. Lots of the assorted bedding had icky stains on them. Rug outside the shower looked like it hadn't been washed in months. Smallish things that make a big difference in feeling at home and comfortable.

  Our initial contact to the property manager went unanswered which was frustrating. When I contacted the second person listed, I got an almost immediate response which I very much appreciated, and was granted an extra hour for check-out time when requested which I also really appreciated.

Although the complex is older, it is in a safe area with a police station nearby and we assure you none of our guests have experienced any issues regarding safety. We aim to provide a clear representation through photos and maps in our listings to help guests make informed decisions.
  -We sincerely apologize for the cleanliness issues you encountered, and we appreciate you bringing them to our attention. Your experience is not reflective of our standards, and we have already addressed these issues with our cleaning team to ensure this does not happen again.
  -We appreciate your patience and understanding when you had to reach out to us. Communication is highly important to us and we strive to maintain consistent availability. We're glad that our team could eventually respond promptly and accommodate your request for a later check-out.

  Property was well stocked, very clean, convenient location to events but far enough away to relax. Loved everything here. Can’t wait to return.
