  We had a good time staying at this home in Ruidoso. The place was spacious and had everything we needed. We wanted to use the jacuzzi, but it was a bit too cold. The only issue we had was when we first got there and we had a decent difficulty time opening the lockbox to get the key. I called and they were very helpful. The place could have been a little more clean, there were spots that looked dusty, but overall, it was a comfortable place to stay.

  the air conditioner was not working effectively. not sure if it was set at a certain temperature or not. we had to open windows to cool the house. The lock was kind of hard to open. The bed I slept in was too hard and made lots of Noice when you moved.

  but overall the house was beautiful, the views were breath taking. Lots of deer in the area which was wonderful. great trails for walking.

  The location was great and the view, beautiful. There were 9 of us in total and having a bunk bed for the littles was convenient..Overall a nice place. However, the back door does not open from the outside so if you close it behind you you’re stuck outside until someone opens it from the inside, dishes were still dirty so we had to rewash what we were using, the dishwasher was very gross and almost coming out of the spot completely, grill was very dirty as well. The beds need updating, they were extremely uncomfortable and the bed that my husband and I slept on was very squeaky. Also, the tv in the back room did not work.

  - The back door has now been fixed. This hadn’t been reported previously, so we really appreciate you letting us know.
  - We have someone inspect the home before each stay, but water spots on dishes can be unavoidable. We will remind our cleaning team to double-check the dishes, dishwasher, and grill more thoroughly.
  - A designer recently updated the furniture throughout the home. We will take another look at the beds to ensure they are comfortable and squeak-free.
  - We also checked the TV in the back room and made sure it is working properly for future guests.
