5/5 The pictures didn't show that it right on main street and there was construction right in front of the property. But the place is very clean and inviting. |We did really enjoy our stay.

Red River Condo
4/5 We very much enjoyed our time at this property and would stay there again. The property was in great shape and was both very comfortable and had a good location. Our only comment was that we could not locate the coin operated washer/dryer on the property as we would have liked to use it.

From the owner: "We truly appreciate you taking the time to review our property. We are truly sorry to hear about the washer/dryer being hard to locate. To address this, we have asked the property management to place a placard on the door to the laundry room, which is located at the back of the game room. Additionally, we have included clearer directions to find the laundry room in our guest email package. We hope this helps and we apologize again for any inconvenience."
Red River
3/5 We paid for a two bedroom two bath condo. The first night the toilet in one bathroom broke and the issue wasn’t addressed until the third day, which meant we had to share a bathroom the second night. We are both senior women and often have to get up during the night. Having only one bathroom interrupts the other person when this happens. The toilet was “fixed” the day before we left, but the toilet kept running off and on all of the time. This really put a damper on our stay.

Hi Linda, we strive to be sure everyone’s stay is free of mechanical failures. We very recently replaced the mechanism in this toilet - perhaps it was incorrectly installed or there was a defect. Regardless, the experience was not what you deserved. We strongly regret the failure happened. We have visited with our maintenance team and decided to replace all of the components of that toilet to ensure proper function in the future. We appreciate your feedback so we can continue to improve and provide guests with the 5-star service that we are known for. We hope to host you again soon!

5/5 Beautiful condo! We all had a great stay! The location was really good, really enjoyed the mornings outside on the porch looking into the ski slopes! We stayed in the room with the king size bed and that was literally the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in! Will definitely be back in the future. Thank you for letting us stay at your lovely Bee Hive!
