  This unit is not up to the standards as other units in this price range. The reviews showed it as exceptional but it was far from it. Our check in time was 3pm. We arrived to find the unit not cleaned completely. We called and had to wait another hour and a half for it to be completed. There is only a dorm size fridge with a tiny freezer tray and no dishwasher. There is not enough parking for anyone who has two large trucks, and no street parking. We were only provided one towel each for four people, one hand towel, one washcloth and no bath mats or extra towel to step out on. Two of the three toilets, were not fastened down and were loose. There was a problem with gnats all over the bathrooms. The bedding and pillows were uncomfortable, and the unit is overall outdated and old.

  -We sincerely regret the oversight with your check-in, as our cleaning partner missed the scheduled time. The home was fully cleaned and ready by 4:15 PM, just over an hour past the standard check-in. We took full responsibility and promptly addressed the issue, and the guests seemed to appreciate our quick response.
  -Regarding the refrigerator, while it's not a full-size unit, it is an undercounter fridge with 5.5 cubic feet of space, which is more than adequate for a two-night stay. We also provide two ice chests in the guest closet for additional storage, although they were not utilized during this visit. The refrigerator does have a small freezer, as indicated.
  -Our listing does not include a dishwasher, and we encourage guests to thoroughly review all listing details to ensure their expectations align with the property.
  -The property provides ample space for two large trucks with trailers, as indicated in the listing. During your stay, a neighbor was temporarily using part of our parking area for work materials but promptly arranged alternative parking with a nearby neighbor. The space was cleared within a couple of hours, only affecting the check-in period, and full parking access was restored shortly after.
  -None of the homes on our street offer street parking, and our listing clearly reflects that we provide on-site parking only. Our goal is to be transparent and provide accurate information so that guests can plan their stay comfortably.
  -We initially provided enough towels for your group, and when you requested more, we promptly delivered additional ones to ensure your needs were met. As the owner, I personally ensured there were ample towels available, and we were happy to accommodate your request quickly.
  -The toilets were inspected by a plumber, who confirmed that they were functioning properly with no issues.
  -We have never had any reports of gnats in the bathrooms. The home was treated for flying insects, and all window screens are intact with no holes.
  -Comfort is subjective, but we provide high-quality, hotel-grade linens, pillows, and mattress pads, offering a variety of options for different preferences.
  -As the owner and a local, I can confidently say this home is more updated than many others in the area. While we strive to meet all comfort preferences, we’re sorry it didn’t meet yours. Most guests have been very satisfied, and we regret that it didn't meet your expectations.
