Great getaway cabin near Valles Caldera

Relaxing weekend getaway
5/5 The pictures do not do this cute cabin justice!! Everything is clean as a whistle, and the decor and vibe is unique and charming- you can tell they put a lot of thought and heart into this place :)
The property is remote and there is no WiFi or cell service, but it’s what I was going for. Unplugging and not feeling that need to look at my phone every 5 minutes was freeing and relaxing! If you go into town, you can get WiFi at the cafe/bakery if you need to check in and feel connected. The back porch was my favorite place to be, even when it was storming (especially when it was storming ⛈️❤️). The fresh mountain air and little critters (especially the resident hummingbirds that fly pretty close to your head- watch out 🤪) were just what we needed. We did not see anything big like elk or bears on this trip, but hoping to in the future.
The highlight of our trip besides the amazing cabin was the Valles Caldera and the hot springs.
We will definitely be back if given the opportunity 😊
