5/5 We absolutely loved this place. I was intrigued about the blue kitchen cabinets but they grew on me and I really liked them and their design. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Farmington. Is was nice being on 3 1/2 acres. It made it very private.
5/5 I spent four nights in the home with a friend while participating in a local golf tournament. The house was spotless, quiet, well-stocked and super comfortable. We especially appreciated the comfortable beds and cleanliness of the house. The backyard deck was great for hanging out after a round of golf, and the home's locations was very convenient to everywhere we needed to go. The homeowner and property management company were also very responsive. If we play the Farmington tournament again next year we will certainly try to book this home.

Quiet and secluded
4/5 Nice quiet home. Listing should mention owners are on property in a home 50 yards behind this house. House is private and remodeled but still has a feel of some places we're not quite finished. Spent most of the time on the backPatio. City is very Republican. Be prepared for yard signs reflecting such

We welcome feedback from our guests to improve their experience at our home. I am puzzled at your comment that it has a feeling that some places were not quite finished. The home has been fully remodeled inside and out, every room is furnished and decorated, and since it is located in the arid Southwest, the majority of landscaping is native shrubs and trees to conserve and limit water usage. We do live nearby and respect guest privacy while staying in our home. We do appreciate guests contacting us on any unforeseen issues or problems they may encounter at our home and not leaving any surprises for us to find.
