The town of Cloudcroft is a 13-minute drive away and offers a variety of different shopping outposts and delicious restaurants when you're not cooking at the cabin! Get yourself a full slab of ribs and delicious BBQ sandwiches at Mad Jack's Mountaintop Barbecue, only 15 minutes from your doorstep.
The Lodge is one of the most historic places in Cloudcroft and offers a beautiful 9-hole golf course to practice your game! For a tasty meal afterwards, Rebecca's at the Lodge is located across the street and serves up an array of delicious American contemporary cuisine.
On the west side of town, you’ll find the Trestle Recreation Area, which offers a variety of trails and a picnic area with a picturesque setting.

Perfect quiet getaway!
5/5 Everything was absolutely perfect, we have never stayed at a place so quiet and with great views of the forest all around. The cabin is easy to find and a short drive to Cloudcroft. It has all the commodities you need for a pleasant stay. We will definitely be back, but this time stay an extra day or two!

Peaceful respite
5/5 This clean, well-equipped cabin in the forest was a peaceful respite. Being in the middle of nature away from the stresses of life was relaxing and restful. We enjoyed the scenery, the starry nights and viewing the wildlife. What a delightful home base to recharge our batteries. Great vacation!
