4/5 The information between VERBO AND EVOLVE IS NOT ACCURATE check in says something and then they give you another information also the weather is bad I request the person in charge if they can clean the driveway never show up also no tools I can move the snow

Good stay but needs work on communication
4/5 So the stay started off on a super negative note. Every correspondence we had indicated a 300om check in time. The morning of check in we got an email at 10am from the local rep telling us checkin was not until 4pm. Upon calling the rep to discuss he was not helpful and almost rude indicating that checkin was 4pm and he couldn’t control what others tell us. Also we received at least 3 different instructions about the home and what to do when leaving and the instructions often conflicted with each other. Overall the house was nice, but the driveway was a mess and needed a good snow plow to clear it out. We enjoyed the house mostly and the surfaces were clean but it definitely needs a deep cleaning as cobwebs were observered in many areas.
