5/5 The house layout and the bed setup was excellent for our party which had 10 - the home sleeps up to 17, parking was good for 3 vehicles with utility trailers loaded with UTVs. The owners kept us up to date on information concerning a water boil notice and bear spotted near the property. Like a lot of homes in Angel Fire - no AC, so don't be surprised. Overall it was a great property!

5/5 Everything was provided for a stress free relaxing time. The view was beautiful. The home was inviting and comfortable.

5/5 Aspen Knoll was a great vacation spot. Plenty of space for our family of 10 adults and 6 children. Kitchen was well supplied. Plenty of spots for relaxing and enjoying the cool weather and scenery. We will definitely come back.

Perfect vacation home
5/5 This house is in a beautiful setting and the owners have thought of everything to make your stay comfortable. The comfortable beds, cozy blankets, fluffy towels, firewood, and a clean well maintained indoor hottub were a few of the extras we really appreciated! The well equipped kitchen had every dish, pan, and spice that you could want. The furniture was comfortable inside and out. We appreciated the two outside grills and the extra propane tank available. The owners have thought of everything to provide the relaxation and fun so all you have to do is enjoy and make memories with your family!
Great house but downstairs heat didn’t work!!
3/5 The house was as expected-large with plenty of room for our family of 12 which includes 4 little ones. The only problem we had was with the heater. It ran all day & all night without putting out heat. The kids were not able to sleep downstairs or hang out in the downstairs great room because it was too cold. So it was disappointing to rent a large home and then not be able to use all of it. On the plus side, the kitchen is wonderfully supplied and having sleds on site to play with at the house was a good bonus!

We contacted a local company to fix and identify the issue with the heater and were unable to get someone out before your checkout due to the weekend.
