  • A really unpleasant experience. This is customer service at its worst, stay away! It is also not a 5 bedroom, its 3 bedrooms with two offices with no closets or windows.

    I booked this house for a friends 40th birthday. Upon arriving everyone commented that the house didn't feel very clean. There were insects on the carpet and my bed seemed as though the sheets had not been changed because of another persons hair on the pillow. Another person in my party made the same comment about their room.

    It took us over 1.5 days to get the hot water to work. Not what you want to be doing on your vacation.

    The fire places never worked

    Cindy the house manager is very rude and we could not reach her the first day. I would stay far away from this rental, not worth the money. We left a day early because no one wanted to stay any longer.

    This is a great house with great views. Location is about 20-30 min drive from base depending on weather. Pros- The view from the living area is perfectWell stocked, hot tub, plenty of room for all.Cons - not a true ski in ski out, house is a high elevation so not for ppl with altitude issues, no elevator... this house is 4 stories— prepare for lots of stairs.
