5/5 We stayed with a group of 22. The house was MORE than big enough. The basement was huge and that’s where all the teenagers hung out most of the time. The kitchen was very spacious and had all the things we needed to cook for our big group. The hot tub was leaking while we there and the owner sent someone out to fix it the very next morning. They were very friendly and responded quick to any questions we had. We also enjoyed seeing all the wildlife while we there. We saw wild turkeys, deer and elk. The kids really enjoyed that! If we take another family trip to Ruidoso, we would definitely stay here again!

5/5 5/5 We enjoyed a short but much needed time away with family to the cool mountains. The location of this property is very secluded and quiet. The layout of the house is perfect for large family gathering or a weekend away with friends.
