The property was assessable for pets with a walking area by the house. My daughter was able to navigate her wheelchair around the house.

The host was very kind and even helped us get back into the house after being locked out. However, the condition of the property was subpar. Communication required to extend the trip was also more difficult than it should’ve been.
- Front room reeked of cat pee, so we were only able to use one of the bedrooms.
- Lots of visible damage, including:
— Fridge would scrape wall, leaving drywall all over floor when using.
— Carpeting to bedrooms torn
— Soup dispenser not connected to sink.
— Dishwasher not secured and would move in and out.
— Stained tracks for sliding door (likely animal urine)
— Stained carpeting in bedrooms.
— Stains on bedroom pillows.
— Visibly dirty bathtub.
— Dirty air vents and wall around vent.
— Scratched doors (likely from an animal).
- Lack of instructions for using the digital doorknob. Led to accidental lockout.
- Finally, when it came time to leave the vacuum was full of hair and produced a horrible smell when operating.
Overall, this felt barely acceptable and I’d recommend staying somewhere else if these issues are not addressed.
We rented this Townhome in NE Albuquerque for two weeks while visiting relatives in Albuquerque. Our experience can be resumed as excelent, satisfying, above all our expectations.
First, location. This townhome is located in the foothills of the Sandia Mountains. We enjoy the sense of safety, the views, the trail and the proximity to I 40. Convenient if you want to travel north, I 25 is only 10 miles via Tramway Avenue.
We found all the amenities we enjoy at home. Modernly equipped with anything we wanted to make our stay comfortable.
Whenever we return to Albuquerque, we hope to find this urban jewel available.
We felt at home. Thank you!
Thank you! It was an honor having you and your family. I hope I can host you guys again soon!
