  Poor.

  Bedbugs in Master bedroom UNFORTUNATELY I had already fallen asleep and bitten…had no other option but to stay in Other bedroom which I inspected thoroughly… but had to share with my other family member. Now there are rash consistent with bed bug bites all over my neck and arms. 1) There was nowhere else available. 2) A solution to “vacuum” them (the bedbugs) up.

  - While we hadn’t received previous reports of bedbugs, the property was inspected and treated as a precaution in October, and new mattresses, box springs, pillows, and bedding were purchased and installed in November. On the day of your arrival, the top covers were still in their original packaging, and the carpets had recently been steam cleaned.
  - In light of your experience, we have decided to temporarily close the property to conduct a thorough investigation and ensure any potential issues are resolved, so future guests can enjoy a worry-free stay.
  We sincerely appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Your feedback allows us to take proactive steps, and we hope to have the chance to host you for a truly 5-star experience in the future.

  Possitives: The house was clean and roomy. Kitchen was well supplied. Negatives: A little pricey. I understand being the ballom festival and all ,but still. Garbage Disposal did not work, TV was difficult to use. Never was able to get local channels, Master bathroom shower was not properly designed. Too hard to reach for towels after showering and no place to put our shampoos and conditioners. We kept stepping on stickers on the carpet from the plants outside. Very painful! Car parked on the curb, making it hard to park and pull onto the street.

  - The price was set to align with demand during the Balloon Fiesta, which can increase local rates. Evolve does its best to set industry-competitive prices based on the property and surrounding area, and use a dynamic pricing algorithm, which can fluctuate depending on the time of year or holiday season.
  - The garbage disposal needed a quick reset, which we’ll make sure is done prior to each stay going forward.
  - The homeowner plans to add towel hooks in the master bathroom for easier access and extra convenience.
  - To address the “stickers” (thorns) from nearby plants, another mat will be placed by the entrance to help catch any before they’re tracked inside.
  - We’re also looking into ways to improve the TV setup to make it more user-friendly.
