Great outdoor space, pool and hot tub
5/5 Location is in an older Santa Fe neighborhood which we enjoyed. Very close to balloon festival area. It’s listed as 4 bedrooms but works best as a 3 bedroom, 2 living rooms. Great kitchen and bathrooms, wonderful outdoor space. The pool is bigger than it looks on the listing.

Exceptional Stay
5/5 The home is extremely clean and had all that was needed. The pool was 100% perfect so was the hot tub. The Host Alex was superb and very responsive. Easy check in and check out. I will be returning in future if booking available for my next trip. You will not be disappointed, beautiful home and great response. Thanks Alex!!!
Nicer than you expect!
5/5 Great communication! Local knowledge at a text was extremely comforting & informative. Honestly they undersold how nice and swanky this place is. When it comes to vacation stays I have had good experiences & bad ones too, this is easily one of my favorite
experiences- vacations-relaxation and all around great time! We opted for Albuquerque over Santa Fe because of the massive price difference and more family oriented activities. It’s was only a 38 minute drive or we took the short rail when we went to Santa Fe. My favorite thing about this trip was at the end of the days adventures we all piled onto the huge couch and fired up the one push button fireplace! So cozy and hard to achieve with multigenerational families, making memories. Both the adults and the kiddos are already asking to go back to the “Nice House by the mountains.”

AWESOME STAY
5/5 A little skeptical at the beginning but the home was beautiful. The house was very clean and had lots of kitchen items to cook for a lot of people., The pool was amazing, a little warm the first day with the cover on but was perfect the next day, i will definitely stay there again,
