  This is a great location. Close to the boardwalk and in the center of everything. Had some issues which the owner resolved. Just feel it could use some updating as far as the beds are concerned and kitchen supplies

• Good location, could have been cleaned better

  The condo was great in location, and overall we enjoyed our stay. We were disappointed in the cleaning job that was done prior to our arrival. The floor was barely cleaned and they definitely only did a surface job with the clean. While making one of the beds I found a gummy bear and medication on the ground. The comforter had some form of chocolate or something on it so we had to go out and purchase our own comforter. The comforter in one of the other bedrooms smelled of urine, but thankfully they had brought their own comforter to use. There was something splashed on the wall in the bathroom by where the toilet paper was as well. When I informed the person in charge of the rental they offered to have someone come in and clean it again. At that point, our things were already in the condo and we were not going to move it all out again, so we ended up cleaning the place ourselves. It would have been more appreciated to have them take some of the charge off of our cleaning fee since it obviously wasn't cleaned very well prior to our stay or at least offer to pay for the comforter. Hopefully the cleaning service they use do a better job moving forward for the guests.
