  Hi Olga, thanks for your feedback on your stay. After reading your comments, the homeowner wanted to share the following:
  - Our home is older and has a unique charm, which is typical of Jersey Shore homes. The walls are plaster and may have settling cracks due to the home's age, not humidity.
  - We have newer bed frames, mattresses, and opted for distressed-look queen headboard and dressers. We also recently updated the kitchen table set.
  - We provide a fully stocked kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, a bath, and an off-street parking spot, which is rare so close to the boardwalk.

  Went down for battle on the beach flag football tournament with my family. The unit was clean and newly updated. Two bedrooms is a rare find at an affordable price. Would highly recommend and will be staying again next year

  Deberían de modernizar el baño , los muebles , las paredes quebradas y el piso muy viejo. Deberían de darle un mantenimiento general. Por lo demás todo bien cerca de la playa y de los juegos.

• Bare necessities

  We stayed in unit 4 on the property. I guess if u need a place to sleep, it works. College frat house comes to mind. They do allow pets. The bathroom is tight and is very difficult to navigate. I don't recommend if your elderly, larger in stature, disabled , or just have a hard time getting around. Location to boardwalk is about the only thing I can say positive about the place. They most definitely need to find a new cleaning crew. Place was not clean when we arrived. We found diapers, trash, kids toys behind the couch, hair balls, ants throughout, bathroom and kitchen were minimally cleaned at best. The community grill outside was disgusting. We spent a half hour cleaning it just so we could use it. Not to mention, the cigarette butts and used charcoals all over the ground.. The screened porch door was held together with tape. The property could definitely use major updating, and they can do a much better job making what they have much cleaner for their guest when they arrive. Like I said, it's a place to sleep but definitely lower your expectations.
