property was fine as advertised
communication was good. all texts responded to timely. we had some push back issues.
1. toilet paper - we were told to bring some. we didnt feel that was appropriate. 6 hour window from 10am checkout to 4pm checkin is enough to restock toilet paper. in the end, toilet paper was delivered to the house with towels during checkin
2. grill propane. the rule is for previous tenant to replace used propane with refill. we were told that rule wasnt followed very closely and we would have to go to wawa to refill tank ourselves. found that unacceptable. we had a 2 night rental. we planned on grilling once. as a matter of principle, we didnt agree that we should absorb cost to replace the propane for 1 use so that subsequent renters could use it. so we brought our own propane tank with us from home. i think that policy needs revisiting
3. pool heater. there were signs posted about heater use. a code was needed. we texted for the code. we were told heater couldnt be used because of the water balance policy of the pool service guy. the water was too cold for the young children in our group. especially since the shallow end of the pool where young kids go was in the shade most of afternoon. i have a pool at home. i use the heater all the time. i think it was a poor excuse for us not to use the heater
thank you

Great place for family get together. This was our second stay. New furniture added since last stay was a nice addition.

We are a family of 19 from PA and stayed in this property two years ago. We loved it then and decided to rent it again despite its high price. Unfortunately it has not been maintained, It no longer had cable TV, and the internet was slow and spotty. The ice maker in the main house did not work. The cookware was almost non-existent. There was a crock pot with no crock and no lid - just the metal outer container. There were no baking pans, and only three small-ish pots. There were no teaspoons, only tablespoons in the silverware selection. The floors had not been swept or cleaned and were quite dirty.
There were no water glasses - just high ball glasses. There was no iron and ironing board as noted. The pool was still great as well as the outdoor space. We will not stay here again.

We had a great weekend. The house was everything we expected! It had enough rooms for our group. The pool and backyard were wonderful!!
Will keep in mind for the next vacation!!

From afar this place is beautiful... it's when you start looking up close that you see this place is falling apart. Granite we stayed during a tropical storm, however, there were leaky windows and water running down the bathroom wall in the kitchen from the rain. Patchwork has been done everywhere. The chandelier's about the fall out of the ceiling, faulty outlets. If I could show you the pictures on here I'd place them on here so you could see for yourself. The price I paid not worth the three nights stay we had.
