1/5 The stay wasn’t long but throughout the entire trip I was never able to get in contact with guest services and therefore was unable to get any help throughout the trip. The water situation was a nightmare. Only one source of water could be used at a time. Meaning if you need to take a shower, no one else can use the bathroom, wash dishes, or anything else.

5/5 The place was better than what I expected. The only thing is the water pressure is low if more than one person is taking a shower but other than that great. I look forward to renting this place out again.

3/5 Place wasnt clean there was garbage and a large dead spider on the floor when we arrived. It wasnt listed that there was a large stairwell to get to the location. Most of my friends are disabiled and this was a huge inconvenience. Coffee maker was whole but 3 different parts to 3 different coffee makers. The additional rules with charges was ridiculous. The kitchen chairs were severely stained. There were no paper towels. With a bunch of additional inconveniences. Bedding was stained. Garbage was on the patio. Also rug was slippery and my friend slipped and fell
