• DO NOT STAY HERE DIRTY AND ANTS EVERYWHERE......!

  It was nice to have two kitchens, there was plenty of seating and room, great location!!!

  But This property was NOT clean, bathrooms were filthy, the sheets and blankets in 2 of the beds were not washed, we found someone else's sock in the untouched made bed. The shower had old soap in soap holder from prior occupants, we found garbage under the beds and in the trundle bed, pee stains on the trundle bed. Ants in the bedrooms, kitchen, bathrooms that ended up in our beds and bags! We booked through booking and They advertised for a pool and there IS NOT a pool on the property or even off the property that we had access to.

  They had a chair that had thumb tacks holding this raunchy cover on it and 3 of the tacks must have fallen off and in the rug. One of my kids stepped on one, one of them kneeled on another. I let the property manager know that we had a baby crawling around and learning how to walk. They didn't even apologize for how dangerous it was!

  I reached out to the property manager and she was ZERO help, wouldn't even bring Ant spray for the infestation. Kept saying sorry but gave us NO resolution.

  It’s advertised that there are private beach tags the house sleeps 12 and they said they had 9 beach tags but only had 7 so only some of us could go to the beach.. she said they usually put them out this month and she will make sure their are 9 AFTER WE LEAVE !!! How would that help us!

  She argued that the property was cleaned by her so it was "fine". I told her that we have pictures and videos to prove it and She refused to give me a number of someone higher than her to make them aware of the property not being cleaned well. Then she told me to reach out to booking bc it's their problem. She offered me no money back which is the least they could do after how disgusting the house was left for us.

  Completely disappointed in our stay do not recommend staying here but maybe somewhere close because that was the one and only thing that was really great about the house!

The property does not advertise access to a swimming pool, and the reference on the booking platform appears to relate to pool toys categorized by the site itself, which is managed through a third-party platform. Additionally, Ventnor Beach does not require beach tags before Memorial Day, which is why the full set had not yet been placed out for the season. Our cleaner had thoroughly inspected the home before arrival and did not report the cleanliness or pest concerns described, though we take any guest feedback seriously and would have welcomed the opportunity to address verified issues during the stay.

  Had a wonderful stay!The unit was clean and comfy and plenty of room to spread out.Most of all, I was very impressed by being a dog, friendly and being so clean!We will be back!
