5/5 Good option close to NYC
4/5 The house is on a very quiet street and we had a very nice stay. The communication with the owner for very good. All the beds were comfortable. The rooms themselves were quite small but having a house instead of a hotel room gave us adequate space. We had trouble affording NYC and this fit in our budget Travel time to NYC was 10-15 minutes. Midtown about 20-25 minutes.

My thoughts
5/5 Happy with the property for our needs. Not being American we weren't 100% on how things were done or what to expect. If the property had its maximum amount of people staying it would have been a bit of a squeeze but for us it was fine. Slightly annoying that we codnt open a window for fresh air but only a slight inconvenience. As a suggestion a small bedside table with a light on it would be helpful

West Indian Parade
5/5 Me and some friends stayed for the west indian parade. We didn't know what to expect, but surprisingly that was one of the best stay we had as a group. Owner was awesome and everything was on point. If you are visiting the American Dream Mall and NY, I highly recommend staying there.

Overall good place to stay
4/5 Need to add a few things.... night stands, dresser with drawers for clothes, big mirror to see entire body before going out, need to replace ceiling fans make noise, not a bad place to stay, these are just my suggestions to make this place for future guest..
