CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Welcome to 31 Abbot Ave. We're so excited to have you and look forward to your stay
- Check in after 3:00 PM
- The key to access the property can be found inside a lockbox. The code is 1956. Please be sure to return the key upon to check-out
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Return the key to the lockbox
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Dispose of trash in the provided bins. The bins are to the right of the home
- Wash and put away all used dishes
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile
- Please be sure to promptly clean up and dispose of all pet waste
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:
- Strictly no smoking inside. You may smoke outside in the designated area
- Pet friendly with a fee. If you wish to bring a pet but have not yet paid the mandatory pet fee, please reach out to Evolve immediately
- No events, parties, or large gatherings
- Must be at least 25 years old to book
- Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM to respect neighbors
- Feel free to use the kitchen. Please clean up after cooking, and do not leave dirty dishes in the sink
- Lock doors and windows each time you leave. Turn off lights, heating, and AC when not in use
- Only guests included in your booking guest count are allowed to stay overnight. Visitors must leave by 10:00 PM unless previously approved
- No drugs or illegal activities are permitted on the property
- Follow any posted neighborhood guidelines
- Please report any damages that occur to both the Guest Contact and Evolve
- Please treat this home like it's yours, and we thank you for booking with us
