  • Family Vacation

    Great Location for beach and boardwalk. WIFI on TV was terrible, stopped every 5 minutes and sometimes never came back. Rugs need cleaning, and fire alarm went off twice really scared my two grandchildren had to call our contact to fix. Overall, we had a good time on the beach and on the boardwalk.

  • A few concerns....

    This place was dusty and had mold. The washer was unusable as there was so much mold. The dishwasher smelled moldy. The queen bed felt buggy, although I did not see any bed bugs.

    I was not prepared to handle such a situation. Perhaps I have been lucky over the years, but I have never before encountered these issues when renting through other agencies. Having bad allergies to both dust and mold and also an autoimmune disorder, I became sick and we left two days after arriving. (we had booked the property for one week) Although I did reach out to the contact provided to me, that person said they were not the contact for the property; they were only the cleaners scheduled to come after my stay was finished. Our early departure was before the owner could provide any solutions, nor did I take photos of the mold and dust. Therefore, there was not even partial compensation of the money spent

    I am hopeful the owners were able to clean up the property for the next guest.

    - We had a professional team investigate the property for pests and cleanliness and the technicians did not find any evidence of pests, dust or mold – The team shared pictures with us to document the overall cleanliness.
    - Our crew also does a walk-through of the home before all guest arrivals and we’re confident that the home met our high cleanliness standards before your check-in.
    - It’s unfortunate that you had to leave early due to personal reasons and considering you were not able to provide any documentation regarding your concerns, we were not able to offer you a refund.
    - However, thank you for reaching out during your stay to share that you were enjoying yourself overall and having a nice time here.
    - We do have high standards of hospitality and prioritize every guest experience by doing all we can to accommodate guests.
    - We're sorry that you felt our efforts were insufficient. We look forward to this property hosting many happy travelers!
