Great property!
5/5 We had a great time on vacation. We drove up to first Street to go on the beach where it was less crowded. Overall it was one of my favorite rentals to date!

5/5 The home was very nice. Clean and well maintained. We had plenty of space and when we did have questions for the owners, they were VERY nice and very responsive.
All in All, A Great Place to Stay
5/5 The location was fantastic, an easy and enjoyable walk to the boardwalk, beach, and local establishments. Upon arrival, we noted a few issues. We reported them to the owner and within minutes were on the phone determining a solution. There were ample sleeping spaces for all in our party. Just one main living/sitting space, which was nice and open. The main bathroom was newly (and nicely) renovated. This was a pleasant surprise. The decor was tasteful and warm. We would definitely stay here again. Outside of the repairs needed immediately, there were a few items we'd love to see repaired before our next stay... the kitchen faucet (difficult to turn off), ceiling fan in 2nd bedroom on 2nd floor (would be great during the night as the room gets a little stuffy... looks like one is on the way), and a more secure rail on the stairwell.The appliances are actually much more sophisticated than most in rental units! The oven heats up fast, so long as the right setting is used! The washer and dryer were super quick and quiet. Renters, make sure to pack all the essentials... toilet paper and paper towels!!!
