Clean, mediocre property
3/5 Two cracked windows, not enough seating, sheets did not fit the bed, when we got there there were three mugs and two glasses but the host brought those plus some extra towels and blankets when I asked. The downstairs had no electrical outlet in the bathroom for a blow dryer, there was no dishwasher or drying rack in the kitchen. One problem, they rented out the basement to somebody else and three evenings and two mornings we could smell marijuana coming through the vents. it is a convenient location to get on the ferry to New York. I guess if you’re just looking for a basic place to stay, this would do.

- We apologize if you felt there weren't enough dishes, towels, and blankets during your stay. Please note that we provide amenities based on the number of guests stated in the reservation, and you had more guests than originally stated.
- We don't advertise or mention having a dishwasher in our listing.
- We do disclose in the listing that there are other tenants in the basement unit to provide transparency to our guests.
- We have a strict policy against smoking, including marijuana, on the property.
