CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 3:00 PM

- There will be a welcome book on the coffee table 
   with a map of LBI along with a guide to the 
   beaches our beach badges apply to.

- To enter the house there is a smart lock and your 
  personal entry code is the last 4 digits of the 
  phone number you registered with.  This code is 
  active from 3P.M. check in day to 10A.M. the day 
  of checkout. To unlock the door, press the top 
  "Yale" button on the deadbolt which will enable 
  the numbers to appear. Then enter your personal 
  code and press the check mark. Wait one second 
  and you will hear it unlock and you can enter.
  To lock the deadbolt again simply hit the "Yale" 
  button at the top.

- There is a lockbox on the right-hand side of the 
   front porch with the key to the front door's 
  bottom doorknob. The lock box code is 1994.  

- The house has an alarm system, your personal 
   code is also the last 4 digits of the phone number 
   you registered with.  The alarm is not armed at 
   your arrival, and you do not have to use the alarm 
   if you do not wish to.  It's completely your 
   preference, but the alarm will automatically arm 
   after you check out.  

- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems 
  or concerns upon arrival, or feel free to reach out if 
  you have any questions about the use of the alarm 
  system (if you choose to use it).

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Return key to the lockbox
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Wash and put away all used dishes
- Place all used towels in a pile
- Set the A/C to 74 degrees
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:
- No smoking

- Please report any damages that occur to both the Guest Contact and Evolve

INTERNET INSTRUCTIONS:
- Instructions for connecting to the wireless internet network can be found inside the unit upon arrival
