3/5 5/5 Beautifully renovated property. 3 bedrooms plus 3 full baths. Gas stove. Large kitchen. Great property for dogs. We had our poodles. One block to beach. Amazingly responsive owners. Note: On a busy street so loud in front master bedroom with traffic outside. Amazing stay nonetheless.

4/5 Overall, the house is clean and great location. The issues are that there are no black out curtains and the blinds do not block out the traffic light and street lights. It's also very hot upstairs in August. The HVAC and ducts cool the downstairs but sleeping upstairs is hot, even with all the fans going.
