4/5 House was clean and as advertised. It was great that plenty of paper products were available for our use. Early check -in was much appreciated. Property manager did not respond to emails (was correct email address given in the listing?), but did respond promptly to call and texts. Owner responded promptly to email.

5/5 Beautiful property with all amenities. There were sheets and towels although confirmation said they did not have them. was not clear on how to leave the beds or what to do with dirty towel. BUT everything, especially location was great. View from top is pricelss.

5/5 We had a fantastic stay at this rental! There were seven of us, and the house had more than enough space to comfortably accommodate everyone. The location is excellent. Close to restaurants, the ACME, and all the fun in Beach Haven, with Barnegat just a 30-minute drive away.Communication with the host before our trip was seamless, and check-in/check-out couldn’t have been easier. The home was well stocked with everything we needed: towels, linens, paper products, two types of coffee makers, a toaster, and all the cooking essentials.But the real highlight was the garage! It had a ping pong table (a huge hit with my boys), a second fridge, and all the beach gear we could’ve hoped for: chairs, a beach buggy, body boards, buckets, kites, fishing poles, umbrellas. It was such a relief to have everything provided since we couldn’t fit those items in our car.We really enjoyed the beautiful views from the rooftop terrace and from the bay which was steps away. Overall, this rental truly had everything we needed for a fun and relaxing beach vacation.
