4/5 Basically clean and comfortable with a great layout, especially for families. Great location near the lake and easy access to Main St. as well as Belmar and Spring Lake boardwalks. We used only 1 of the 3 bedrooms/baths. The kitchen was very well equipped, the king bed was very comfortable and the shower was large. The street is divided and narrow, the driveway will accommodate 2 mid-size vehicles. The cleaning service missed a few spots (ex: bathroom exhaust fans haven't seen a cleaning in a while) but overall we were happy with our stay, especially given the reasonable off-season price.

5/5 Great house with a great location close to beach and belmar activities/bars and restaurants. Stayed with 5 friends and the house and amenities were perfect for a friends weekend getaway. Definitely would book here again!

Perfect Beach House!
5/5 My family and I just stayed for 4 nights and had an AMAZING time! The house was adorable, kid friendly, clean and spacious! The backyard is adorable and perfect to hang out and unwind in! Short walk to the beach, tons of places to eat, and lots of fun places to check out! Owners are wonderful and super communicative. Don’t pass up a great beach house with all the amenities!
