House is nice thats it
1/5 The neighborhood is very sketchy, there is road construction that makes it very hard to figure out how to find the house. The contact person told us to call with issues instead of text, i tried calling three times the phone went straight to voicemail. Then when we decided not to stay because of all this, she said she had no missed calls from me that i couldnt cancel the day of and get a refund. The house itself is very nice.

- The road construction may have presented challenges, and we apologize for any inconvenience this caused. It's always a good idea to use Google Maps or similar tools to get a sense of the area before arrival.
- We’re sorry we missed your calls because we were in a meeting with our phones on silent for a few hours. However, after speaking to you that morning we also called you back again at 3:45 PM, 15 minutes before the official check-in time, to confirm your arrival plans.
- As cancellations on the day of arrival during peak season are difficult to accommodate, we regret that a refund could not be provided. The home itself is well-reviewed, and many guests have enjoyed their stays.
- Thank you for your feedback. We hope that you keep us in mind for future travels and that we can provide you with a better experience next time.
