4/5 Location was perfect for the event we were in town for. Quiet neighborhood. There were enough rooms/beds/bathrooms to accommodate our group and the kitchen had the necessities. The shower in the basement needs new sealant (the corner where the shower meets the sink) - water pools on the floor and soaks any bathroom mat or towel. King bed on the first floor could be replaced - it was soft and uncomfortable. Otherwise a house with a lot of charm.

4/5 Not well prepared
3/5 The house was 57 degrees when we arrived and took until the middle of the night to warm up adequately. We used one of the heaters that was provided, but it tripped a fuse. It took a couple of hours for someone to call us back and give us the code to get to the fuse box to reset it. It is a well maintained home and has a nice basement space. There was a lot of on site parking.
