  The house wasn’t well-prepared for our arrival. We didn’t receive information on how to access the property and needed to call and chase it down. There was one tiny bottle of travel shampoo for three adults over 4 days. No soap or hand towels in any of the bathrooms. Most of the pots and pans were dirty upon arrival, the house was quite cold, many fruit flies in the house, and the floors were a bit dirty. We ended up sweeping and the floors, cleaning up, putting the heat on, etc, but not a smooth arrival. Additionally, the furniture in this property is not comfortable and it’s a very sterile property overall.

• Peaceful stay at Pierce's Point

  We loved our stay at Beach Avenue on Pierce's Point. The house was beautiful and well-equipped; just as described. The views and sunsets are spectacular! The host was responsive - we would definitely stay again.

  Impressive sunset view over bay on rear deck Plenty of space Comfortable beds Bath towels need to be renewed and provide more of them Kitchenware (plates, utensils, cookware) also needs needs attention Provide food storage containers Overall a very nice house Enjoyed our stay

  Great spot over the water. We ate breakfast and dinner outside daily. Host was very responsive.
