4/5 All in all we were satisfied with the accomodations. It is a lovely house with a wonderful pool, kitchen is well equipped, lots of dishes and glassware, a wide variety of spices and plenty of storage bags and wraps. ample towels, pillows, etc. Comfortable beds. Multiple pool floats, chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, beach carts. Quite a long walk to get to the sand, but very quiet location near to Acme market and other stores. Beach was beautiful but still quite cold this early in the season so the heated pool was delightful. The house definitely needs better maintenance and care. Multiple torn screens, including the sliding door to the pool deck, peeling paint/wallpaper, dishwasher is not installed properly. The instructions in the house gave the wrong code for the garage door. Water level in the pool was very low, so we added water. The filter on the pool was clogged as well. The listing says the garage is available for parking, but there is a ping pong table in there. You would expect a beach house with 5 bedrooms, sleeping up to 12, would provide 12 beach badges, but there were only 6. (seniors, veterans and active military can get free badge at the badge office on 42 St.
5/5 The house was great - bigger than we thought. The kitchen was very well equipped. Check in/check out was easy.

3/5 The property itself was OK, there was enough room for all of us and the kids definitely enjoyed the pool. But we found beer cans and a beer bottle in the pool filter, glass from broken bottles on the patio, a tray in the kitchen cupboard covered with dry steak juice, a dirty martini glass in the upstairs kitchenette and a dirty champagne glass in the kitchen. Our contact at Evolve responded with a thank you for the information. My grandson found a pairing knife between the bunkbed and the wall in the upstairs bedroom when he dropped his book and towards the end of the week we had a surge of sugar ants, and when I mentioned it to our Contact for evolve and asked for ant spray and ant traps, we never got a response.We will not use a company owned location in the future, we will deal with only private owners.

Great place!
5/5 We were in town for a dance competition. It was such a great place for our family to reset each day and the pool was an added plus to keep the kids occupied!!!
We will be back next time we are in town!
