5/5 Had a little difficulty opening the lock box as the numbers were quite small, bring your glasses . The cottage was Clean, bright and refreshing. Few blocks from the beach. We had a blast. Only needed to stay for Sat and Sun but 3 night stay was required. Otherwise, nice place!

Good Location
3/5 The location of this house was perfect for a busy weekend at the shore, good walk to beach and bars. However, the place wasn't very clean. There was garbage under the bathroom sink and pullout couch which made me nervous about the overall cleanliness of the place. Other than that, the location was perfect for people looking for a beach weekend with friends.

Cute cottage and convenient location
4/5 It is a very cute and well decorated cottage and it has all the essentials that you would need for your stay. The check-in was seamless due to the lockbox on the cottage. It is a very convenient location, but with that convenience comes some inconveniences. It’s down the street from a local hang out and parking can be an issue on Friday and Saturday nights. It’s the off season and we had to park a block and a half away. Which again isn’t too terrible, but if you had a lot to unload or load it would be frustrating because it’s on a narrow one way street.
* It is stated “first come first serve parking” in the description.
The only negative, if you will, is the window matchstick treatments covering every window and they offer very little privacy, especially at night.
