  Everything was good. There was alittle bit of food in kitchen sink and back of stove top was not wiped down. The sink and bathtub is running slow.

  We had a wonderful time at this property! The location was fantastic – close to Philadelphia and very convenient for getting around anywhere in South Jersey. The place was clean and cozy, however, we did encounter a few minor issues that could be improved. There could have been more bath towels and we had to buy additional toilet paper during our stay. A hair dryer would have been a nice addition too. Despite these small inconveniences, we still enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place to others for its location and overall comfort.

  Darren was a pleasure to work with, from letting us get in early to accommodate our early travel to having someone take the trash can to the curb.. Checking in to make sure we were okay because he knew I had just had foot surgery and was limited. Had a small plumbing issue and he got someone right out away... The house is in a great location close to the main highways and we enjoyed our stay.

  We stayed for 3 nights...there were 6 of us and here's what we experienced...

  *6 people and only 5 bath towels!

  *Only 1 full bathtub/shower...and the water would not drain; water was ankle to calf deep while showering. Took over an hour to drain when finished. Showers for 6 were impossible!

  *Stove was too deep in kitchen, so opening the silverware drawer wasn't possible....unless you opened the oven door and removed a knob from the stove.

  *Kitchen light over dining room table kept burning out; replaced bulb to no avail.

  *Lots of spiders! Needs a good cleaning and some pest control!

  *Sofas smelled of animal urine

  *No ice and no ability to make ice (no trays)

  *No blankets and many pillow cases missing

  We are NOT a high maintenance family....just looking for a clean bed and shower while we visited. This wasn't the place for it!

  -We apologize that you didn’t find enough towels upon arrival. There were extra towels, blankets, and pillowcases stored in the closets, which may have been missed during your stay. Each bed had blankets and pillowcases, including the extra pillows in the closet in the king bedroom.
  -We’re sorry to hear about the slow drain in the bathtub, which made showering difficult. This issue has been addressed to ensure it doesn't happen again for future guests.
  -The stove's position in the kitchen is something we’re aware of, and we’re sorry for the inconvenience it caused. We’re also looking into the issue with the kitchen light to prevent any further problems.
  -We take cleanliness seriously and have scheduled a deep cleaning and pest control treatment to address the concerns about spiders and the cleanliness of the sofas. The exterminator was out as discussed, and you may have noticed increased spider activity during the first few days of treatment. The house was deep cleaned, and the sofas were shampooed before your arrival.
  -We apologize for the lack of ice trays and have installed an ice maker for future guests.
