2/5 The property was nice but we had 2 issues with it, the noise from upstairs was very bothersome, they had a number of young children who were running around every morning at 7am or so, not their fault, but there's absolutely no sound dampening insulation or even carpet upstairs, so every noise can be heard and heard loudly. Secondly the mattress's could use replacing, they were very uncomfortable.

A little slice of summer
4/5 We had a wonderful stay in this small apartment only a few minutes walk to the beach or bay. It was situated close to all restaurants and activities. The only down side was the traffic noise, especially at night and the beds were uncomfortable. Other than those two small issues, everything else was lovely. Also, this apartment had convenient, easy check in and was very clean!

Family-oriented area.
4/5 I love the location of the house. It's a very safe and calm area for families with kids. There are stores, restaurants, and activities nearby. The owner of the house was very kind to check on us and give us some ideas of what to do. We are definitely looking forward to coming back in the future.

Accessible to everything.
4/5 The property is well appointed, clean and close to everything. If you’re looking for quiet this is not the place for you. It’s right on LB Blvd so traffic is almost constant. Couldn’t really sit outside. BUT the ocean is just a few houses away.
