5/5 House is just as it appears, gorgeous and beautiful inside & out. House was immaculate and ready for us upon arrival. 6 adults went up for some fall riding in NH and had a blast staying here. Kitchen is stocked all you need is your food & coffee. Plenty of plates, silverware pans bowls utensils tp washer dryer etc....we got wood for fires at night and it was amazing. Check in & out was simple and Mike was a pleasure to talk to the day before we left. No problems what so ever in renting this home, is in a great spot and worked perfectly for us. Gave friends the rental info as most were blown away at where we stayed on vacation, 5 out of 5 stars for sure!
