5/5 Overall, we had a great stay at this property while celebrating an event with friends. The property was very clean and well taken care of. Plenty of space to accommodate our group of eight adults. Communication was prompt with property management. One recommendation for future guests would be to have a binder or folder with all of the property information/rules/expectations. I was constantly referencing the listing, reaching out to property management for clarification. We did hear directly from the property owner due to a “noise complaint” from a surrounding neighbor. If you are considering this property and want to have normal conversation outside on the deck in the hot tub after 10pm be aware. Residential members of the condo association are not pleased with renters being in the unit. Otherwise, we had a great stay.

5/5 Stood at this property so that my friends and I could enjoy the Saco. And the house had everything you could possibly need… clean and exactly as described in listing … instant communication with host… highly recommend this property
