Wonderful home on the lake

Beautiful home, so so comfort.
4/5 I can’t say enough about how beautiful this small house and property was! Looked brand new, high end appliances, fixtures, paint, sinks, etc…. Split a/c’s made it so comfortable during the ultra humid week. The private beach and lake access was amazing! Water was so warm and we spent a lot of time on tubes just enjoying the sounds of nature. My only complaint was the inside furniture. It was the most uncomfortable seating I’ve experienced in all my years of renting. Between the bar stools at the table and island, and the hard sofa and chairs in the living room, there wasn’t anywhere cozy to sit and enjoy time together at night. Outside furniture was great and we spent as much time out there as possible but it would have been nice to lounge around inside and not feel like we had to go into the bedrooms to sit semi comfortably. Typically, I don’t care if there is a tv in every room, not a big watcher, but this is the first place that didn’t have a tv in the master and, due to the lack of seating comfort, wish we had one. But overall, we’d stay again, just bring some extra blankets or something to sit on. We actually considered bringing our tubes inside to sit on haha. Definitely a gem!

Peaceful get away
5/5 Beautiful view. Peaceful get away. Home has the basic essentials and is well equipped--dishwasher, washer, dryer, extra blankets, etc. We had a lovely relaxing time and would go back in a heartbeat.

Summer relaxation
5/5 Overall our stay was wonderful. We had a relaxing time down on the private beach and exploring the lake with the canoe. S’mores making by the fire pit at night was a perfect way to watch the sun set. The house was clean and bright. Plenty of space.
