  Nice place, good location, but no A/C as promised

  The first amenity listed is A/C.  It was very hot in the condo when we arrived because the temperature had been in the high 90s for the past several days.  We contacted the rental liaison and informed her that there is no A/C.  She directed us to 2 floor units that were in the closet and not hooked up.  The panels and tubes needed to hook them up were nowhere to be found.  We spent the weekend (end of June) with all of the the windows open and the fans going to try to keep cool.  It only helped a little.  Our kids kept complaining that they were hot.  Our liaison said that she contacted the owner and they said that it would be pleasant with the windows opened because you can hear the river, however you can’t hear the river with fans buzzing to try to keep the air flowing.  Also there was a bag of trash with broken egg shells etc. in the freezer when we arrived.  Other than those things it was a comfortable well-appointed apartment in a great location. I just wish they would have tried to do more to resolve our A/C issue.

  - The unit is located along the Pemigewasset River, where temperatures were in the low 70s during your stay. The natural cooling from the river often makes it pleasant with windows open, although we understand that this may not have been sufficient for your comfort.
  - The floor A/C units are typically installed in early July to preserve the ambiance and experience of the river. We apologize for the inconvenience of these not being set up during your stay and will ensure they are accessible earlier in the season if needed.
  - We regret that there was a bag of trash in the freezer upon your arrival. Our cleaning team has been notified to prevent this from happening in the future.

• Cozy and Great Location

  It's great place to stay as not just give you a beautiful view if the river and mountain, it's a nice place to recup from a day of skiing. And it's in close proximity to Loon Mt resort.

• Perfect Loon Condo for Family of 4

  We rented this condo without ever have gone to the Loon/Lincoln/Woodstock area. It was in such a great location. My wife who doesn't ski was able to quickly get to Loon to pick us up within 5 minutes of texting her. Big King bed, and 2nd bedroom had a bunk plus an extra twin for my two teenagers. Kitchen had everything we need. Also about 2 minutes from town and all restaraunts. Enjoyed our stay.

• Fun place for a weekend stay

  My friend and our daughter’s had a great stay here. The condo is super comfortable and kitchen well equipped. Since we have stayed in several of the condo complexes in Lincoln, I assumed that this one would have shuttle service - but Riverfront is one of the few that do not. A shuttle is not mentioned anywhere in listing - so completely understand it was my miss. But it does make it a challenge to park - if you’re not there early, your only option will be the escape lot (which isn’t so bad now that there is Timbertown lift and ticket office).

  great location for skiing. easy and efficient check in. only issue was beds were very uncomfortable. new mattresses and this is a 5 Star condo
