3/5 The proximity to the activities we wished to do was great. It felt surface clean but the house is in need of repair or refreshing. To name a few, tile from the countertop was missing, the trim looked dirty or need of painting, and the provided towels were stained from bleaching. If you have asthma, I wouldn’t stay here. When stripping the beds upon checkout, the pillows and mattress protectors were super stained. Some may not be bothered by these smaller things, but for us, it didn’t make us want to linger or stay again.

From the owner: "We appreciate the feedback and are aware that a tile is missing on the countertop and was damaged by a past guest. We are targeting spring for a makeover, including paint and the countertop. We will immediately replace towels and linens, which we do four times a year. 5/5 Stayed with family to do story land. Very close to story land, so that that nice. Property has a lot to do and was great for the kids, added bonus was the toys and finding the gnomes in the woods. Had nice little fire for s’mores!
