  Nice private house in a great neighborhood close to town. Owner was extremely friendly and helpful on the phone. TIP* google maps GPS takes you to the wrong location so I would suggest using Waze. Overall a great experience and would return.

• Great Location, Very Private

  The house was very clean and the location is central to the area. The listing indicates central air conditioning but window units are provided, not central ac. The window unit downstairs is too small for the space. Also the pool table was too large for the room so we couldn't enjoy that amenity.

• Weekend getaway in June

  It was easy to find the house and the interior was clean. Unfortunately half the house didn’t have working lights, including the single bathroom, the kitchen, and some of the lights in bedrooms. The worst part was the kitchen appliances weren’t working either, including the fridge. That led us to having to buy a cooler and ice to store the already bought groceries. We did find 2 main breakers but all were fine as far as we could tell. We attempted to reach out to the host, but never got a response via email or phone call. There was no AC as advertised, but we were able to keep some windows open. We were not expecting to be woken up by a rooster that lived across the street, however that is not the host’s fault. Just an FYI if you like to sleep in. The exterior, especially towards fire pit, was very overgrown … more than just from a little sun and rain. We chose not to use it for that reason alone. Overall, I don’t recommend staying here for the amenities listed.

  -The electrical issue was not reported during your stay. Upon inspection by our property maintenance team, we discovered that a lightning strike had damaged the grounding cable. We promptly had our electrician resolve the issue to ensure safety.
  -While we strive to maintain the property in top condition, natural events can sometimes occur beyond our control. We assure you that the property is clean, safe, and well-maintained.
  -Regarding the overgrown grass, it was a result of recent rain, which delayed our landscaper. However, the lawn was mowed promptly on the day of your check-out.
