Nice private place close to everything
5/5 We had so much fun staying here. The cabin has everything you need plus a game room and the view off the large deck out back is incredible! We became friends with the boxer

Great spot
4/5 The house was a little more "rundown" then expected based off the photos but it was clean and have everything we needed. We had a great time and were closed to everything. Communication was easy with the owners.

Great Location for Fall Vacation

fun and cozy stay in the woods
4/5 First, a recommendation to future guests - try to get there while it is light out - the house is very hard to find in the dark (but maybe it was me). We made good use of the outdoor fire pit and there was available wood to burn. We were not quite alone in that there was a family across the street (which made me feel better) The beds were all different - the master bedroom was super comfortable but my friend sleep in a room that had an air mattress. It was OK. We found beautiful places to walk the dogs nearby. We were 35 minutes from the Fryeburg Fair - one of our reasons for going and we were only 15 minutes from the town of North Conway where there were fun places to shop and eat. Overall we had a good time and enjoyed the house. (note: the bathroom is on the main floor so keep in mind if you have bad knees.
